Karen Allen hasn’t been called about Indiana Jones 5 but would love to return

December 4, 2018 by Samuel Brace

Marion Ravenwood actress Karen Allen reveals that she hasn’t been contacted about Indiana Jones 5 but says that she would love to be involved.

Allen first played the role of Marion Ravenwood opposite Harrison Ford in the classic film Raiders of the Lost Ark and has since gone onto to reprise the role in 2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

The actress has told Cinema Blend that while she doesn’t know if she will be returning for Indiana Jones 5, she would love to be involved if the story requests her presence:

“I’m patiently waiting, no they haven’t [called]. I’m very much hoping that I will be a part of it and I think, from my understanding, they are creatively working away on a script that they will be happy enough with. They don’t want to rush into it If they’re going to do this they want it to be wonderful.”

There have been a fair few false starts with Indiana Jones 5 so Allen might have to be patient like the rest of us. Would you like to see the actress return for the film? Let us know in the comments below…
