Masters of the Universe movie promo poster unveiled at Licensing Expo

June 1, 2019 by Gary Collinson

With the long-gestating Masters of the Universe finally moving forward at Sony ahead of a 2021 release date, the studio has unveiled an early teaser poster for the live-action reboot of the classic 80s toy property, which has been released to coincide with this week’s Las Vegas Licensing Expo…

Masters of the Universe is set to be directed by Aaron and Adam Nee (Band of Robbers) from a script by Art Marcum and Matt Holloway (Iron Man), and will see To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before’s Noah Centineo taking on the role of Adam, a.k.a. He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe. The film is set for release on March 5th 2021 – assuming of course there are no further delays.
