FX unveils new trailer for the final season of Pose

April 6, 2021 by EJ Moreno

All good things must come to an end, and the revolutionary television series Pose is heading to its final season.

With the slogan “As a family. Always,” the season three preview offers up a look at the show’s equally heartbreaking and uplifting tone. In another series time jump, we head into 1994, where things aren’t easy for our beloved characters like Blanca and Pray Tell. Blanca (Mj Rodriguez) attempts to balance her life as a house mother, a romantic partner, and her health issues. Billy Porter could also be gearing up for another award run as the Pray Tell story looks even more powerful.

Series creator Ryan Murphy took to Twitter to showcase the final season of Pose with a new official trailer…

In the final season of Pose, time flashes forward to 1994. Blanca struggles to balance being a mother, a present partner to her new love, and a nurse’s aide. Meanwhile, as AIDS becomes the leading cause of death for Americans ages 25 to 44, Pray Tell contends with unexpected health burdens. Pose features the largest cast of transgender actors in series regular roles.
