If the Child’s Play remake taught us anything, there’s no Chucky without Brad Dourif. And the latest teaser for the upcoming series promises more from the iconic actor’s most killer role. Though, you can’t ignore the Tiffany doll of it all as the clip also teased the return of Jennifer Tilly.
In a new promo clip posted by creator Don Mancini, the Chucky series gets its first real tease as the returning stars Brad Dourif and Jennifer Tilly. The pair first appeared together in the fan-favorite Bride of Chucky, pairing up for its sequel Seed of Chucky, and recently teamed again in 2017’s Cult of Chucky.
The filmmaker’s post also notes that both actors of the horror series have Oscar nominations. Dourif was nominated in 1976 for his turn in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, and Tilly was nominated in 1996 for Bullets over Broadway.
