High drama with Jason Issacs and Ann Dowd in the the trailer for Mass

September 1, 2021 by Matt Rodgers

Bleecker Street have just debuted the trailer for what appears to be an acting masterclass between Jason Issacs (The OA), Ann Dowd (The Leftovers), Martha Plimpton (The Mosquito Coast) and Reed Birney (House of Cards), as two couples who agree to a conversation in order to process the fallout from a tragic incident involving their sons; take a look below…

Years after an unspeakable tragedy tore their lives apart, two sets of parents (Jason Isaacs and Martha Plimpton, Reed Birney and Ann Dowd) agree to talk privately in an attempt to move forward. In Fran Kranz’ writing and directing debut, he thoughtfully examines their journey of grief, anger and acceptance by coming face-to-face with the ones who have been left behind.

Mass is set for release on October 8th 2021.
