Unleash genetic power in Jurassic World Evolution 2 on PC, Xbox and Playstation now

November 9, 2021 by Andrew Newton

Jurassic World Evolution 2 has today been released on PC, Xbox and Playstation consoles and gives players the opportunity to once again manage their very own dinosaur park.  Released ahead of next year’s hit film Jurassic World: Dominion by Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, players will step out of the relative safety of the Muertes Islands to work in the different environments of continental United States.  A new launch trailer can be viewed below…

With Jurassic World Evolution 2 players will be able to enjoy several different game modes, Campaign, Challenge and Chaos Theory provide their own challenges while Sandbox gives players the chance to unleash their creativity to create the ultimate dinosaur theme park.

In the game’s Campaign mode, a captivating narrative will guide players into the thick of the action as the consequences of the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom make living in the US a whole lot more difficult.  Joined by returning characters such as Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard) and Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum), this original story will teach budding park managers all they need to know as they join forces with Cabot Finch.  Together they will help the US Department of Fish and Wildlife establish new facilities across a range of environments, including dense forests, rocky deserts and sun-drenched tropics, to control, conserve and contain the new prehistoric arrivals.

In the all-new Chaos Theory mode players will be able to change history by revisiting key moments from the five films in the franchise.  In a range of ‘what if’ scenarios players will be able to alter the events from the films, whether that is making the original park a success or successfully showcasing a T-Rex in the San Diego Amphitheatre.  In this mode players will be supported by iconic characters such as Dr. Henry Wu voiced by BD Wong.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 offers plenty of tools to help create the perfect park, there’s the all-new guest demographics to help balance guest interests and maximise appeal and profits, rosters of all staff including vets and scientists and more than 75 different prehistoric species to discover, including fan-favourites and the much requested flying reptiles.

A whole new story, new features, new dinosaurs and more awaits players in Jurassic World Evolution 2.  Out now on PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Series X/S and Playstation 4/5.
