John Romita Jr. returns to Amazing Spider-Man for a new era this April

Marvel has announced that it is set to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man this April with a brand new volume of Amazing Spider-Man from hit writer Zeb Wells and legendary Amazing Spider-Man artist John Romita Jr.! Check out Romita’s cover to the first issue here…

“Spider-Man doesn’t turn sixty every year,” states Spider-Editor Nick Lowe, “and we are going BIG with this run cramming it with the biggest WTF moments Spidey has ever had. Zeb and JRJR will go down in history as one of the best creative teams ever!”

“I’ve waited my entire career to work with John Romita Jr.,” states Wells. “To team up with him on Amazing Spider-Man for the character’s 60th anniversary is so exciting words can’t describe it. We’re gonna have a blast!”
