The demon Valek is back in the trailer and poster for The Nun II

Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema has once again unleashed the demon Valek in the form of the first trailer and poster for the next chapter in The Conjuring Universe, The Nun II. 

The sequel to the highest grossing installment in the series so far ($366 million worldwide), The Nun II welcomes back Taissa Farmiga (The Gilded Age) as Sister Irene, and she is joined by Jonas Bloquet (The Nun), Storm Reid (The Suicide Squad), Anna Popplewell (The Chronicles of Narnia trilogy) and Bonnie Aarons (reprising her role from The Nun). Directed by The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It‘s Michael Chaves, you can check out the trailer and poster below…

1956 – France. A priest is murdered. An evil is spreading. The sequel to the worldwide smash hit follows Sister Irene as she once again comes face-to-face with Valak, the demon nun.

The Nun II is only in cinemas from September 8th.
