90s themed detective puzzler Murder by Numbers coming to PC and Switch this March

February 7, 2020 by Andrew Newton

The Irregular Corporation and developer Mediatonic have announced that their 90s themed detective puzzler Murder by Numbers will launch on Nintendo Switch on 5th March and on PC via Steam on the 6th March.  This 90s themed “whodunnit” will provide weird and wonderful puzzles set to a soundtrack composed by Masakazu Sugimori, composer of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and Ghost Trick.  Check out the new trailer below…

Take a trip back in time to 1996 and the vibrant city of Los Angeles where TV detective Honor Mizrahi is making it big thanks to her TV show pulling in sky-high ratings.  However, behind the glamour of the screen there are several mysterious and downright perplexing murders and all fingers are pointing to Honor being the prime-suspect.

In this puzzling murder mystery take control of Honor and emoji-robot genius SCOUT and interrogate a cast of quirky characters, solve pixel puzzles and gather clues from various locations such as TV studios, glitzy award shows and drag clubs in order to discover the real killer and clear her name.

Murder by Numbers will be available to pre-order on Nintendo Switch on the 20th February and release on 5th March with a 10% discount.  The Steam version will release on 6th March and also have a 10% discount for its launch week.
