Jeph Loeb suggests the Inhumans could feature in other Marvel TV shows

June 11, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Despite the cancellation of Inhumans (which came as little surprise, given the horrendous reception to the show), it seems we may not have seen the last of Black Bolt and company on the small screen side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

During a Reddit AMA, Marvel’s Head of Television Jeph Loeb was asked about the possibility of the Inhumans appearing in other Marvel TV shows, and responded with: “Hope so. We love these characters and the actors are the best!”

Given that the show was produced by ABC – and the Inhumans connections – Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. would be the logical choice if the Inhumans were to appear in another Marvel show, and while a full-blown crossover would seem unlikely, it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if we saw one or two characters turning up for a cameo at some point.

Would you like to see the Inhumans back in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, or is this chapter of the MCU best forgotten? Let us know your thoughts in the comments…

Marvel’s Inhumans explores the never-before-told epic adventure of the royal family including Black Bolt, the enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper can destroy a city. After the Royal Family of Inhumans is splintered by a military coup, they barely escape to Hawaii where their surprising interactions with the lush world and humanity around them may prove to not only save them, but Earth itself.

Inhumans stars Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Iwan Rheon as Maximus, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Ken Leung as Karnak, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, and Mike Moh as Triton.
