Tom Holland wasn’t aware of the Nick Fury ending in Spider-Man: Far From Home

October 14, 2019 by Liam Waddington

Spider-Man: Far From Home star Tom Holland was unaware of the big Nick Fury twist during the movie’s post-credits scene.

During a panel at ACE Comic-Con this weekend (via ComicBook.com), Holland admitted he wasn’t aware of the scene until he saw the entire film. “I’m trying to think if I did know that. No, I don’t think I didn’t know,” Holland said.

However, Gyllenhaal stated he knew about the post-credit scene a month before the film was released in theatres: “There were pieces of it we knew. I didn’t really, really know until about a month until the movie was released.”

The scene in question regards to Nick Fury revealing himself to actually be Talos (Ben Mendelsohn), the Skrull from Captain Marvel. The real Nick Fury seemed to be on a spaceship with the rest of the Skrull race.
