Deadline is reporting that Pierce Brosnan is set to star alongside Adam Devine in The Out-Laws, an action-comedy which is being produced by Happy Madison for Netflix.
According to the trade, the film will see Devine as Owen Browning, “a straight-laced bank manager about to marry the love of his life, Parker. When his bank is held up by the infamous Ghost Bandits during his wedding week, he believes his future in-laws who just arrived in town, are the infamous Out-Laws.”
Tyler Spindel (The Wrong Missy) is set to direct The Out-Laws from a script by Evan Turner and Ben Zazove (Tooth Fairy 2).
Brosnan has just finished work on the DC Films superhero adventure Black Adam starring Dwayne Johnson, which wrapped filming this week and will see the former 007 as DC superhero Doctor Fate. He was most recently seen in Hulu’s horror False Positive [read our review here] and next up is Amazon’s Cinderella starring Camila Cabello.
