Red Sonja: The Master’s Return releasing in May from Dynamite Entertainment

April 22, 2025 by Gary Collinson

Dynamite Entertainment has announced that it will collect the second arc of Torunn Grønbekk’s Red Sonja comic book next month with the release of Red Sonja: The Master’s Return; check out a sneak peek at the trade paperback below, along with a cover gallery for the six issues included in the collection…

The source of “His Master’s Voice” stands revealed, and now Sonja is face-to-face with the greatest threat Hyboria has ever known. The barriers between the realms have opened, the gods have descended upon Hyboria, and Sonja’s greatest enemy walks the Earth once more. Who among them will seize the ultimate power and hold all mortals in their thrall? None – as long as Red Sonja has a say!

Written by Torunn (Thor, Carnage, Catwoman) Gr nbekk and illustrated by legendary Red Sonja artist Walter Geovani, this trade paperback collects issues 7-12 of the ongoing Red Sonja series. Also includes a complete cover gallery.
