Deadline is reporting that Fox 2000 has won a bidding war for The Beauty Inside, a star vehicle for Game of Thrones and Me Before You’s Emilia Clarke, with Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber (The Fault in Our Stars) penning the script.
The Beauty Inside is a remake of the 2015 Korean romantic comedy which follows a man who wakes up in a different body each day and has to stay connected to the woman he loves.
2017 is shaping up to be a busy year for Clarke; this summer she returnse as Daenerys Targaryen in the seventh season of Game of Thrones, and is about to start shooting the as-yet-untitled Han Solo Star Wars Anthology movie ahead of the eighth and final season of GoT. Also incoming this year are Phillip Noyce’s crime drama Above Suspicion and the psychological thriller Voice from the Stone.
