Paramount sets Mission: Impossible 6 cast

April 1, 2017 by Gary Collinson

As Paramount Pictures gears up for production on Mission: Impossible 6 this summer, the studio has announced the cast for the sixth instalment of the blockbuster spy series.

As previously announced, Tom Cruise will be joined by returning stars Rebecca Ferguson (Ilsa Faust) and Simon Pegg (Benji Dunn), along with new additions Henry Cavill (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Sian Brooke (Sherlock) and Vanessa Kirby (The Crown).

Also confirmed to reunite with Cruise are Ving Rhames (Luther Stickell) and Alec Baldwin (Alan Hunley), while Sean Harris will also reprise the role of Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation villain Solomon Lane. However, it looks like Jeremy Renner won’t be returning as William Brandt, likely due to his commitments to Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4.
