CBS has announced that it is set to air Michael Jackson’s Halloween, a one-hour animated special set to feature the King of Pop’s music as its soundtrack. Here’s a first look image from the special:
Variety reports that Michael Jackson’s Halloween “follows millennials Vincent (Lucas Till) and Victoria (Kiersey Clemons), who meet ‘accidentally’ on Halloween night and find themselves, along with Ichabod the dog, at a mysterious hotel located at 777 Jackson Street called This Place Hotel. Once inside, Vincent and Victoria are sent on an adventure culminating in a spectacular dance finale featuring an animated Michael Jackson.”
In addition to Till and Clemons, the voice cast also features Christine Baranski, Alan Cumming, George Eads, Brad Garrett, Lucy Liu and Jim Parsons. It has been created and produced by Optimum Productions, with Hammerhead handled in the animation.
