Become the Dark Knight with Batman: Arkham Shadow gameplay trailer

August 26, 2024 by Gary Collinson

Gotham is in need of its protector once more, and this time it’ll be you suiting up in the Batsuit and your Meta Quest 3 headset to take to the streets as the Dark Knight and defend the city from an all new threat – the Rat King – in the upcoming VR title Batman: Arkham Shadow.

Check out the brand new gameplay trailer below for a peek at what is in store from this immersive, full-length new entry in the Batman: Arkham series, taking place between the events of Batman: Arkham Origins and Batman: Arkham Asylum…

It’s the Fourth of July, and Gotham City is under attack  by a new threat: the mysterious Rat King and his cultish devotees. As widespread rioting engulfs the city, Batman races to prevent this so-called “Day of Wrath,” but it all goes wrong.

Experience Gotham City like never before in this immersive, full-length entry in the Arkham franchise. Set roughly 2 years after the events of Batman: Arkham Origins, you’ll experience the origins of such iconic characters as The Scarecrow, Harley Quinn, and more.

Batman: Arkham Shadow is coming exclusively to Meta Quest 3 in October 2024.
