Check out the new overview trailer for Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 here

November 27, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Tindalos Interactive and Focus Home Interactive have released the first trailer in a new Battle Overview gameplay series for the upcoming Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2.  This highly anticipated sequel set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe has a huge number of options available to admirals and some of these can be seen in part one of the new video series below…

Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 improves on every aspect of the game over the original, offering not 1 but 3 narrative campaigns, larger and more varied fleets and 12 playable factions.

Set after the events of the Gathering Storm around the Eye of Terror and the surrounding region of space dubbed the Aegis Ocularis, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 will feature every faction of the original Battlefleet Gothic tabletop game and will include new ships and new lore for this later setting.

Each of the 12 factions will be unique from one another, even those factions that share similarities such as the Tau Protectorate Fleet and Merchant Fleet will provide differences to set them apart. If you are a devout follower of the Tau’s greater good or a Chaos Cultist seeking to spread rot and decay for Nurgle then there will be a fleet for you to fight across the Gothic sector.

Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2 is available for pre-order on Steam, currently with a 10% discount.  Those who own the original Battlefleet Gothic: Armada on Steam can benefit from a 25% loyalty discount on their pre-order.  Beta testing will be available for all those who pre-order.
