Game of Thrones: Kingsroad arrives with launch trailer

May 22, 2025 by Andrew Newton

Netmarble has announced the launch of their action-adventure RPG Game of Thrones: Kingsroad on mobile devices, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store and Windows Launcher. This new title brings a brand-new story set in the world of HBO’s acclaimed TV adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire novels.  Watch the new launch trailer below….

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad takes players to the lands of Westeros as the heir to House Tyre, a small noble house in the North.  As this heir, players will choose from three classes – Knight, Sellsword, or Assassin and travel throughout Westeros to secure their position.

Players are free to roam the land and visit iconic locations such as the capital of Kings Landing, the warm Highgarden, the forboding stronghold of Castle Black and the massive icy Wall that defends the border of the Kingdom of the North. Exploration will also lead to encounters with familiar characters from the series, including Jaime Lannister, Lord Varys, Queen Mother Cersei, Stannis Baratheon, Olenna Tyrell and more.

There are also legendary creatures scattered throughout the lands and players will be able to encounter the likes of Ice Spiders, Stormhorn Unicorns, Ironbeak Griffins, Red Cockatrices and the fan-favourite Drogon who appears as a Field Boss.

Download Game of Thrones: Kingsroad on mobile and PC now.
