There can only be one king of the monsters, and he’s back like never before. Sideshow and Art Spirits present the Hyper Solid Series Godzilla Collectible Figure from the 2019 blockbuster Godzilla: King of the Monsters! An evolution of the 2014 kaiju as seen in the MonsterVerse series from Legendary Pictures.

The monstrous reptilian creature is captured in a wide stance, legs apart and head held high as he unleashes a powerful roar. Godzilla is massive and imposing with bulk, thick legs, a tremendous tail, claws, and of course his signature dorsal plates that ripple with internal energy. The king of monsters is replicated with expertly sculpted skin texture, with every detail down to his claws. Godzilla’s rough skin is black, while radioactive blue emanates from his beady eyes through the plates on his back. This high-quality Godzilla PVC statue stands over 7 inches tall.

The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah.  When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters is set for release on May 31st, 2019 and sees Michael Dougherty (Krampus) directing returning Godzilla stars Sally Hawkins (Dr. Vivienne Graham) and Ken Watanabe (Dr. Ishiro Serizawa), and new additions Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Straight Outta Compton), Vera Farmiga (Bates Motel), Aisha Hinds (Star Trek Into Darkness), Charles Dance (Game of Thrones), Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley), Zhang Ziyi (The Grandmaster), Randy Havens (Stranger Things) and Elizabeth Ludlow (The Walking Dead).
