Jeffrey Wright teases Felix Leiter return for Bond 25

April 10, 2017 by Jordan Jones

While we still don’t officially have a 007 for the as-yet untitled Bond 25, it looks like a cast is indeed starting to assemble. Actor Jeffrey Wright (Westworld), whom you may remember played Felix “a friend from Langley” Leiter in Casino Royale, has just teased a possible return to the franchise. Okay, not that cryptic. We all see where this is going. Here is a not-so-cryptic tweet that Mr. Wright posted just a few hours ago…

It’s exciting to see that Jeffrey Wright will be making a return to the franchise. He is an amazingly reliable actor in every film that he is part of, and was never given his proper due in the Bond films following Casino Royale. Hopefully Wright’s possible involvement is an indication that this film will be more like Casino Royale in tone. While Skyfall was an excellent film, Quantum of Solace and Spectre released to middling reviews.
