October 19, 2022 by Gary Collinson

The Walt Disney Company is marking its centenary next year, and Marvel Comics has announced that one of its contributions to the Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration will be a year-long monthly Disney100 variant cover program.

Putting the classic Marvel What If…? spin on iconic Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, the twelve covers will reimagine legendary moments from the Marvel Comics mythos, with the first three covers revealed featuring Captain America assembling Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in Avengers #4, as well as the groundbreaking debut issues of Fantastic Four and Incredible Hulk.
