Napoleon Dynamite’s Jon Heder joins Tremors 7

Napoleon Dynamite star Jon Heder is set to do battle with Graboids, with the actor signing on to appear in the seventh movie in the Tremors franchise, Tremors: Island Fury.

The new film will see Heder joining Tremors veteran Michael Gross, along with Richard Brake (3 From Hell), Jackie Cruz (Orange Is the New Black) and Caroline Langrishe (Casualty), while Tremors 5: Bloodlines and Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell helmer Don Michael Paul is back in the director’s chair.

As per Joblo, the official synopsis for Tremors: Island Fury Reads: ““The deadly Graboids are back, illegally brought in to a new island resort by a rich playboy looking for a trophy hunt.”

Filming on Tremors: Island Fury will get underway this month, with Cassie Clare, Sahajak Boonthanakit, Matthew Douglass, Randy Kalsi, Bear Williams, David Asavanond, Boonma Lamphon, Aukrawut Rojaunawat, Iris Park, and Mikey Black filling out the cast.
