Natasha Rothwell will return to The White Lotus for season three

April 21, 2023 by Ricky Church

The White Lotus will see another familiar star check back in as Variety revealed Natasha Rothwell will reprise her first season role of Belinda for the third season.

In the first season, Belinda Lindsay was the White Lotus’ spa manager who became friends with Jennifer Coolidge’s wealthy Tanya McQuoid. Belinda had dreams of opening her own wellness center which Tanya offered to bankroll and sponsor, but she had been stringing Belinda along and at the last minute decided against giving Belinda any money, reasoning her generosity was a coping mechanism to be liked by others. This crushed Belinda and the last we saw of her she appeared disillusioned and refused to offer a guest advice and comfort with their marital problems.

The first season took place at a White Lotus resort in Hawaii with the second season taking place in Sicily. The third season will move to Thailand and, according to series creator Mike White, will focus on “a satirical and funny look at death and Eastern religion and spirituality.”

The White Lotus season two starred F. Murray Abraham, Jennifer Coolidge, Adam DiMarco, Beatrice Grannò, Meghann Fahy, Jon Gries, Tom Hollander, Sabrina Impacciatore, Michael Imperioli, Theo James, Aubrey Plaza, Haley Lu Richardson, Will Sharpe, Simona Tabasco, and Leo Woodall.

The first two seasons of The White Lotus are available to stream on HBO Max.
