Lucasfilm and Disney have released the full official trailer for the Disney+ Star Wars series Ahsoka. Starring Rosario Dawson as former Jedi Ahsoka Tano, the series will follow her as she investigates a resurgent Empire across the galaxy.
The trailer offers a bigger look at characters from Star Wars Rebels in live-action, including Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn, and a prominent amount of the late Ray Stevenson as the mysterious Force user Baylan Skoll. Watch the trailer below…
Set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka follows the former Jedi knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
Ahsoka stars Rosario Dawson as the titular Ahsoka Tano, Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, Eman Esfandi as Ezra Bridger, Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn, David Tennant as Huyang, Genevieve O’Reilly as Mon Mothma, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth and Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati.
Star Wars: Ahsoka premieres on Disney+ on August 23rd.
