Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez’s beloved crime-solving trio Charles, Oliver and Mabel are heading outside of New York for the first time in the sixth season of the Emmy Award-winning Only Murders in the Building as the hit comedy undergoes a rebrand in December with the premiere of Only Murders in London.
As per the official press release, the new season will see “Charles, Oliver and Mabel embark on their hardest case yet when the next victim – Cinda Canning – arrives at their doorstep, summoning them to London to catch her killer. Our beloved trio of true crime-solving podcasters must now navigate their way through the home of the cozy murder mystery, replete with a whole new collection of suspicious and particularly English-eccentric characters. But can they follow in the footsteps of the woman whose podcast started it all for them… without having their story end the same as hers?”
Along with Martin, Short and Gomez, special guest stars for Only Murders in London include Tina Fey, Olivia Colman, Meryl Streep, David Tennant, Nicola Coughlan, and Martin Freeman. A trailer is expected soon, but in the meantime, here’s a selection of first look images…
