Robbie Amell’s Ronnie Raymond returning to The Flash

January 13, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Robbie Amell is set to reprise his role as Ronnie Raymond in an upcoming winter episode of the third season of The Flash. Details on his appearance are being kept under wraps, and it’s unclear how he’ll figure into the episode, be it in a different timeline or Earth.

One half of the original Firestorm, Amell appeared in the first season but his character was presumed dead in the season two premiere as he attempted to destroy the singularity which first opened the door to Earth-2. Amell did return later in the season, this time as Ronnie’s Earth-2 doppelganger Deathstorm, but was killed at the hands of the season two villain Zoom.
