Ryan Coogler adds three alongside Michael B. Jordan in new supernatural thriller

With director Ryan Coogler’s untitled supernatural thriller now in production, Deadline has reported the Creed and Black Panther director have added three new actors to its cast. Starring alongside Michael B. Jordan will be yao (#LookAtMe) and musicians Miles Caton and Peter Dreimanis.

The trio are relatively new actors with yao having recently starred in the indie drama #LookAtMe. Caton was a backup singer for H.E.R. and released his first single last year, ‘This Ain’t It’ whole Dreimanis is a frontman for the band July Talk and will be releasing his own solo album.

Coogler’s new film has been shrouded in secrecy long before production began. The film, which he wrote, is said to be a supernatural thriller focusing on vampires, but any details beyond that are unknown. The untitled thriller stars Jordan, Jack O’Connell, Hailee Steinfeld, Delroy Lindo, Jayme Lawson, Omar Benson Miller and Wunmi Mosaku. 

Coogler will produce the alongside Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian. It will be released on March 7, 2025 by Warner Bros.
