If you fancy indulging yourself and listening to some retro soundtracks on vinyl then Brave Wave Productions will have the ideal treat for you this winter. Thanks to the newly developed partnership between Brave Wave Productions and SEGA, gamers and music lovers will be able to spend those cold nights listening to the Sonic Adventure Official Soundtrack Vinyl Edition and Sonic Adventure Official Soundtrack Vinyl Edition 2 soundtracks. Each soundtrack will come on two LPs and will feature a selection of the best tracks from the game.
Every piece of music from these legendary has been handpicked by Jun Senoue, the lead composer of the Sonic Adventure series and has been fully remastered especially for the most classic of media, vinyl.
The first pressing of these albums will contain special colours to represent both games with a blue and white 180 gram vinyl for Sonic Adventure OSVE and a blue and red 180 gram vinyl for Sonic Adventure OSVE 2. All pressings after the first will be the standard black 180 gram records.
All versions, regardless of which pressing it is, will contain a comprehensive booklet featuring an interview with Jun Senoue and head of Sonic Team Takashi Iizuka. It will also contain Liner Notes by John Linneman of Digital Foundry, song lyrics and character art.
