Stranger Things’ Millie Bobby Brown joins the Russos on the set of Avengers: Infinity War

February 18, 2017 by Gary Collinson

With production on Avengers: Infinity War in full swing, filmmakers Anthony and Joe Russo have shared a behind-the-scenes image from the set of the Marvel blockbuster, which sees them joined by Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, complete with the caption “guest director”.

Naturally the image has led to speculation that the young actress has been cast in the film, although given that she’s currently shooting the second season of Stranger Things, and both that and Infinity War are in production in Atlanta, a more likely scenario is that she’s just paying a visit to the set. Of course, a quick cameo could well be on the cards…

Following her breakout role in Stranger Things last year, Brown has recently signed on to appear in the upcoming Godzilla sequel Godzilla: King of Monsters, which is due out in March 2019. She’ll next be seen in season two of Stranger Things, which is set to hit Netflix at Halloween.
