Sylvester Stallone wants Hulk Hogan to be the villain in Expendables 4

May 27, 2015 by admin

Well, at least according to Hulk Hogan.

Despite The Expendables 3 not being the box office draw they had hoped for, plans for a fourth entry in the series are apparently in place with former WWE and WCW Heavyweight Champion Hulk Hogan claiming he’s been in touch with Sly Stallone about appearing in the movie.

“I was talking on the phone with Sly last night about doing The Expendables 4,” Hogan said at the Body Pro Expo in Birmingham, England. “We’re trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world.”

Those who have followed Hogan’s career know that he got his first acting job on Sly’s Rocky III, but when he “retired” from wrestling however, he had a string of poorly-received family movies like Mr. Nanny and Suburban Commando. But Hogan still seems to think he can play with the big boys in the Expendables franchise.

“Y’know, Stallone gave me my first break and he’s been a great friend for all these years. He’s the exact same guy today than he was 30 years ago. We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out.”

This should however be taken with a pinch of salt for the moment as Hogan has a tendency to embellish the truth. In the past he’s made claims that Metallica once asked him to be their bass player. So, take this at face value for the moment.
