Thanos creator is hoping for Avengers: Infinity War cameo

February 16, 2017 by Samuel Brace

The time is approaching for the culmination of Marvel’s Infinity Stones saga. The end which never seemed like it would come is soon to be upon us as big bad Thanos has had enough of hanging around in the cosmos and is gearing up to take centre stage in Avengers: Infinity War, which is now in production.

And it looks like the creator of the character wants to get in on the action too, as Jim Starlin has called for an Avengers: Infinity War cameo. After the Infinity War production teaser landed, Starlin took to Facebook to let his desires be known.

And I guess it pays to be the creator of a mega franchise’s terrifying villain as the directors of the movie, The Russo Brothers, responded with an invitation.

Whether or not the cameo happens, remains to be seen, but it’s pretty cool to see the filmmakers appreciating Starlin like this and seemingly keen to put him up on the big screen alongside his creation.
