The hunt is on in Arcane: League of Legends Season 2 trailer

June 11, 2024 by EJ Moreno

Arriving this November, Arcane will enter its second and final season with an epic war and painful resolutions.

Netflix’s award-winning hit animated series is returning this fall with what looks to be one insane season. As we see some favorites like Ekko and Heimerdinger, the real centerpiece looks to be the conflict between sisters Vi and Jinx.

Arcane: League of Legends Season 2 is shaping up to be a must-see by fans and newcomers alike, and the perfect example of why comes in the form of the fight we get teased about between our feuding siblings. How will things unfold after Jinx fires her ultimate rocket into Piltover’s council chamber, but with the growing power struggles and the city’s dark underbelly?

While fans are shaken by the series’s conclusion, Arcane co-creator and Riot Games creative director Christian Linke promises that things are far from over.

“Arcane is just the beginning of our larger storytelling journey and partnership with the wonderful animation studio that is Fortiche,” Linke said. “From the very beginning, since we started working on this project, we had a very specific ending in mind, which means the story of Arcane wraps up with this second season. But Arcane is just the first of many stories that we want to tell in Runeterra.”

Arcane streams on Netflix this November.
