The Juice is loose in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice trailer

March 21, 2024 by Ricky Church

The Ghost with the Most is back! Warner Bros. has released the first teaser trailer for Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the anticipated sequel to his 1988 supernatural comedy Beetlejuice, with Michael Keaton returning to one of his most iconic roles as the mischievous poltergeist/bio-exorcist. Watch the teaser below and check out the newly-released synopsis…

Beetlejuice is back! After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice sees Tim Burton return to the director’s chair with Michael Keaton as Betelgeuse, Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz and Catherine O’Hara as Delia Deetz, alongside newcomers Jenna Ortega, Monica Bellucci, Willem Dafoe and Justin Theroux.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will hit theaters on September 6th.
