Ernie Hudson is not a fan of the new Ghostbusters cast

January 29, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Original Ghostbuster Ernie Hudson has already been pretty vocally annoyed about the all-female Ghostbusters remake, and now he has shared his thoughts on the officially announced cast.

On his official Facebook page, the actor simply wrote, “Two words: No comment”.

No please Ernie, tell us how you really feel.

Hudson has shown his displeasure at Sony for not moving forward with Ghostbusters 3 and instead pushing for a remake. For the last twenty years or so, Hudson had petitioned for a third movie to be made.

“I heard it was going to be a total reboot, and that it would have nothing to do with the other two movies,” Hudson said last year. “If it has nothing to do with the other two movies, and it’s all female, then why are you calling it Ghostbusters?”

Ghostbusters is set for release on July 22nd, 2016 and will be directed by Paul Feig (Bridesmaids) with a cast that includes Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids), Melissa McCarthy (The Heat), Leslie Jones (We Are Family) and Kate McKinnon (Angry Birds).
