Rumoured details on Forest Whitaker’s character in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

January 30, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Earlier this month, the folks at Making Star Wars posted some rumours about Mads Mikkelsen’s role in the upcoming Anthology movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and now the site is back with some minor details about Forest Whitaker’s character.

According to the report, Whitaker’s character is said to be a good guy, who could also be a bounty hunter. A battle-hardened veteran, he has lost a leg and has a robot prosthetic, as well as needing a cane to walk. He also wears a cape, while “his costume is a hodgepodge of different things (think of someone you might see at Maz’s castle).”
