Paul Kaye joins Doctor Who series 9

January 8, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Paul Kaye is set to appear in the upcoming ninth series of Doctor Who, with Den of Geek reporting that the actor is set to portray a character called Prentis, sparking speculation that he’ll appear in the series 9 premiere ‘The Magician’s Apprentice’.

Since his time as shock interview Dennis Pennis, Kaye has appeared in the likes of Being Human, Ripper Street and Game of Thrones, where he plays Thoros of Myr. He was also seen on the big screen last year as part of the cast of Dracula Untold.

Doctor Who returns to the BBC later this year.
