Jeremy Jordan cast as Toyman in Supergirl pilot

March 4, 2015 by Gary Collinson

The Wrap has revealed that The Last Five Years star Jeremy Jordan has signed on to play Winslow Schott in the pilot episode of CBS’ upcoming DC adaptation Supergirl, with a view to becoming a recurring guest role should it make it to series.

Described as a “tech genius and superstar IT whiz”, Schott is better known to DC fans as one of the incarnations of Toyman, the supervillain and regular foe of Superman, who made his first appearance in Action Comics #64 way back in 1963.
