Recreated Sinclair ZX Spectrum exclusive games revealed

May 7, 2015 by Andrew Newton

Back in 1984, developer Elite Systems released a simple looking platformer called Kokotoni Wilf.  This colourful and addictive platformer was Elite’s first game and the start to very long and successful career.

As some of you may know, their latest venture isn’t a game but a gaming device based on the old 48K rubber keyed Spectrum called the ‘Recreated Sinclair ZX Spectrum’ which looks exactly like the original.

Elite have revealed some of the exclusive games that will be released to coincide with the launch and three of these exclusives are the famous Manic Miner, Jet Set Willy and Chuckie Egg.  There will also be a Sinclair BASIC programme included which will allow you to write your own programmes in BASIC, so dust off those old game magazines with the games to type in.  Other games that will be available will be old classics, Turbo Esprit and Saboteur.

Visit The Recreated Sinclair ZX Spectrum‘s website for more details.
