James Gunn reveals that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will start shooting in February

James Gunn has announced via his official Facebook page that filming on 2017’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is set to get underway in February.

The sequel to last year’s comic superhero ensemble will reunite Gunn with Guardians stars Chris Pratt (Star-Lord), Zoe Saldana (Gamora), Dave Bautista (Drax), Bradley Cooper (Rocket) and Vin Diesel (Groot), along with Karen Gillan (Nebulda), Michael Rooker (Yondu) and Sean Gunn (Kraglin).

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will hit cinemas on April 28th 2017 in the UK and on May 5th in the States.
