Having topped the UK box office with a record-breaking haul last weekend, EON Productions, MGM and Sony are celebrating a $200 million global haul for Spectre this weekend, including a $73 million bow in North America.
Spectre expanded into an additional 72 territories, debuting in first place in all of the markets and pushing its global haul to $300 million and counting, with 40% of international markets still to come, including France, Australia, South Korea, Japan and China.
In the UK, this film has earned £65.5 million in its first 14 days, putting it 3% ahead of Skyfall – the UK’s highest-grossing movie of all time – in the same timeframe.

Spectre sees Sam Mendes (Skyfall) directing Bond veterans Daniel Craig as James Bond, Rory Kinnear as Tanner, Ben Whishaw as Q, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny, Ralph Fiennes as M and Jesper Christensen as Mr. White, alongside franchise newcomers Andrew Scott (Pride) as Denbigh, Lea Seydoux (Blue is the Warmest Colour) as Madeleine Swann, Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy) as Mr. Hinx, Monica Bellucci (The Sorcerer’s Apprentice) as Lucia Sciarra, Stephanie Sigman (The Bridge) as Estrella and Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained) as Oberhauser.
