Chris Carter has ideas for a Millennium revival

February 1, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Having successfully relaunched The X-Files, creator Chris Carter has revealed that he would like to return to another of his former shows in the supernatural drama Millennium, although he’s yet to officially approach Fox about the idea.

“I have ideas how Millennium might come back but, it’s really, once again, it’s a Fox show,” said Carter during a press interview for The X-Files (via AICN). “They own it. It’s really up to them whether or not they would ever want to go down that road.”

Millennium starred Lance Henriksen as former FBI agent Frank Black, who has the ability to see inside the minds of criminals. The series premiered in 1996 but was cancelled after three seasons due to dwindling ratings. Henriksen would then reprise the role of a crossover with The X-Files in 1999.
