Possible Spoiler: More ‘confirmation’ of Jena Malone’s unknown role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

March 10, 2016 by admin

Warning: possible spoiler below…

It was revealed last week that Jena Malone had been cut from the theatrical version of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and would instead appear in the R-rated director’s cut which will be released on Blu-ray. There had been ‘confirmation’ on the role she was set to play – which had previously been rumoured to be Carrie Kelley from The Dark Knight Returns – and now a Redditer has further confirmed the previous rumour.

Check out the image below:

The Redditer claims it came from an entertainment survey they filled out for Warner Bros. that asked which characters they would like to see if future trailers for the film. With the film out in a couple of weeks, it would seem that this is an old form. But if that’s the case, why did they hold on to it for so long? Take this with a pinch of salt for now.

Zack Snyder has denied it, but that’s now two sources that say Malone is playing Barbra Gordon/Batgirl. I guess we’ll have to wait until the film is out on Blu-ray to find out if this is all true.
