Thomas Jane in talks for Shane Black’s The Predator

January 24, 2017 by James Garcia

Get ready for a showdown between the Punisher and the Predator! Sort of. According to THR, Hung and The Punisher star Thomas Jane is in final negotiations to join Shane Black’s The Predator reboot.

Details on Jane’s role have yet to be revealed, so it’s anyone’s guess on how he could be playing. He joins recent cast additions Sterling K. Brown (This is Us, The People v. O.J. Simpson), Keegan-Michael Key (Key & Peele) and Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight). Also starring are Logan actor Boyd Holbrook and X-Men: Apocalypse‘s Olivia Munn.

If you’re noticing a wave of new Predator news lately, that’s because the film will begin rolling cameras next month, as it moves toward its tentative February 9, 2018 release date. So, expect some more news as production officially goes underway.
