Michael Rooker confirms Yondu return for Avengers: Infinity War

We already knew that Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista), Rocket (Bradley Cooper), Groot (Vin Diesel), Nebula (Karen Gillan) and Mantis (Pom Klementieff) are set to feature in Avengers: Infinity War, and now Michael Rooker has revealed we’ll have a full house of the Guardians of the Galaxy, confirming his return as Yondu with Instagram posts from the Atlanta set of the Marvel blockbuster…

Infinity War started shooting a few weeks ago under Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War directors Anthony and Joe Russo, but we’re yet to get an official cast list from Marvel. When we do, expect it to be HUGE.

Avengers: Infinity War is currently in production ahead of a release on May 2nd 2018, followed by the as-yet-untitled Avengers 4 on May 3rd 2019.
