Samuel L. Jackson reportedly wants role in John Wick: Chapter 3

March 16, 2017 by Robert Kojder

For now, take this news with a grain of salt as there is no direct quote, but there are reports that Samuel L. Jackson desperately wants a role in the inevitable John Wick: Chapter 3 as apparently he is a huge fan of the gun-fu action ballet franchise.

The rumor comes from journalist Simon Thompson who said on his latest Meet the Movie Press podcast: “He actually was less interested in that than he was in an idea he floated with me, and he’s floated it with me twice now. He wants to do, over a Nick Fury movie, John Wick 3 with Laurence Fishburne and Keanu Reeves. He absolutely loves the John Wick movies. He wants in. He doesn’t want in, he wants in with a capital IN. Seriously, I think he will do whatever he needs to do to get in on John Wick 3.”

John Wick: Chaper 2 was met with universal commercial and critical acclaim, and is currently still in theaters. You can read our review here.

Let us know below in the comments if you would like to see Samuel L. Jackson join the cast of John Wick: Chapter 3.
