With production now having wrapped on Marvel’s The Punisher, FilmMusicReporter has revealed that Tyler Bates has signed on to compose the score for the Daredevil spinoff series.

Meanwhile, despite having been a regular fixture of Netflix’s Marvel series, Rosario Dawson has revealed that she won’t be appearing as Claire Temple in The Punisher, with the actress telling Collider that: “People are busy! There are so many times where I really want it to happen. I really wanted to do a cameo on The Punisher, but it doesn’t always work that way.”

The Punisher features a cast that includes Jon Bernthal (Frank Castle), Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Ben Barnes (Billy Russo), Jason R Moore (Curtis Hoyle), Michael Nathanson (Sam Stein), Daniel Webber (Lewis Walcott), Amber Rose Revah (Dinah Madani), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Micro), Jaime Ray Newman (Sarah Lieberman), Paul Schulze (Bill Rawlins) and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio in an as-yet-unrevealed role.
