iZombie renewed for season 4 by The CW

May 11, 2017 by Samuel Brace

The television show iZombie has been renewed for a fourth season by The CW.

The CW has been a roll with renewing its series of late; 11 of their current shows are now set to return next season.

iZombie is based on characters by Chris Roberson and Michael Allred, and is published by DC Entertainment’s Vertigo.

iZombie tells the story of a medical resident turned zombie who tries to resist the urge of becoming just like the rest of the un-dead while passing as a regular human.

The show stars Rose McIver, Malcolm Goodwin, Rahul Kohli, Robert Buckley, David Anders and Aly Michalka.

Rahul Kohli tweeted rather excitedly about the show’s renewal, not forgetting to thank the series’ fans for tuning in.

The Vampire Diaries spinoff, The Originals, has also been renewed by The CW for a fifth season.
