Jude Law cast alongside Elle Fanning and Selena Gomez in new Woody Allen film

September 7, 2017 by Samuel Brace

Jude law has joined Elle Fanning and Selena Gomez in the cast of Woody Allen’s new film.

Keeping up his tradition of casting the biggest names in Hollywood in his pictures, Woody Allen has managed to lure Jude Law into his yet-to-be-titled new movie.

This will be the third project that Allen directs for Amazon Studios, with the company previous having worked with the legendary filmmaker on Café Society and Wonder Wheel.

As mentioned, there is no title yet for the picture or logline available, which is usual for an Allen film at this stage of development. Variety reports, however, that the plot “could revolve around a coming-of-age love story.”

There are also no details regarding Law’s role in the movie; the actor has recently starred in HBO’s The Young Pope and Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.

This latest Allen picture will follow after Wonder Wheel which is set to premier at October’s New York Film Festival. The movie stars James Belushi, Juno Temple, Justin Timberlake, and Kate Winslet.
