Nick Blood’s Lance Hunter returning for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 5

September 9, 2017 by Gary Collinson

After starring in the failed spinoff pilot Marvel’s Most Wanted, EW is reporting that Nick Blood will be reprising the role of Lance Hunter in the upcoming fifth season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC.

Blood made his debut as Hunter in the second season of the show, and was last seen in the season three episode ‘Parting Shot’, where he and Bobbi Morse / Mockingbird (Adrianne Palicki) were disavowed by Coulson after being caught in Russia. There’s no word as to what brings him back for the fifth season, or how many episodes he’ll be appearing in.
